In collaboration with TU Delft HR Centraal, FlexDelft has set up a recruitment and selection branch that can provide specialized support in recruitment for secretary positions within TU Delft: FleXelect.
For a small fee you can use our expertise to fill both permanent and temporary secretary vacancies. FleXelect monitors the position of its own TU Delft employees, the lead times, the quality of the intake and at the same time builds up knowledge of the wishes and possibilities of the internal population of secretaries.
If necessary and desirable, FleXelect can switch on your behalf with the employment agencies contracted by TU Delft.
